Not necessarily - though having some self-awareness of the limiting belief you want to shift will make the session significantly more effective. The clearer you are on what's running, the deeper and faster we can go.
Therapy and most coaching work primarily with the conscious mind - which controls about 5% of behavior. This session works directly with the subconscious, where limiting beliefs are actually stored and run automatically. You won't be talking about the belief or analyzing where it came from. You'll be changing the code underneath it.
Yes — and it's immediate. You don't leave the session feeling hopeful about a new belief. You leave having it. The shift is so thorough that many people can't even recall the original limiting belief; often followed by a genuine sense of, why did I ever believe that?
The belief change process itself takes only 5-10 minutes and will be completed in the session. The real work is in the first half of the session which is dedicated to diagnosing - the core limiting belief that, when changed, takes the entire cluster of related beliefs with it. The deeper we can go in that diagnosis, the more expansive the transformation.
This work is powerful and goes deep. If you are currently in crisis or working with acute trauma, please ensure you have appropriate professional support in place. This session is designed for growth and evolution, not crisis intervention.
